She often also encourages her fans and followers to lead a healthy lifestyle and eat everything in moderation, instead of completely forgoing tasty food. This week, Shilpa was seen participating in a rasogulla eating contest with her son Viaan Raj Kundra and her niece.
Shilpa manages to keep her weight under control and manages to look so fit and fab by refraining from eating unhealthy, sugary or fatty foods throughout the week. Shilpa’s breakfast on the run consisted of a bowl of muesli, apple, banana and pomegranate in almond milk. Muesli is loaded with fiber and good when taken in controlled portions. Almond milk is fat-free and one of the most common non-dairy plant-based milks out there. Pomegranate is a winter fruit that is also full of antioxidants and a good source of vitamin A, C, and E, as well as folic acid. Apples and bananas are rich in dietary fiber among other nutrients, and hence, can keep you full for longer. So basically, this one’s a bowl full of foods that make for a power breakfast.
