Starbucks Launches Coconut Milk Breakfast Option

Starbucks has launched The Overnight Grains, a new vegan breakfast option available in about 600 Starbucks locations in New York.

The Overnight Grains layered pot contains coconut milk with steel oats, quinoa, and chia seeds, topped off with coconut, almonds, and tropical compote.

This breakfast pot has six grams of protein and 360 calories per serving.

The option is currently available only at locations in the New York area, but if it proves popular, the coffee chain may roll it out to other locations.

Starbucks has a number of vegan options, including non-dairy milks (soy, almond, and coconut), an avocado spread, mini cupcake, and oatmeal with steamed soy milk.
